New Card Club Diary

A new Card Club Diary has been published. The dates are listed below and you can also download and print out a hard copy if you wish by clicking on the button at the foot of this page.

Join the Card Club

We meet on the first and third Monday’s of the month from 1:30-4:30pm to learn a new technique and have a good time together. For more details visit our Card Club page on this website.

  • September 30th – Embossing folder and gilding wax techniques. Choose to create stunning Christmas cards or cards for other occasions. If you have any gilding wax please bring it to class. Some wax and coloured card provided.
  • October 7th – Embossing paste. Create interesting cards using brass stencils but also create your own stencils using die waste. Bring any brass stencils or embossing paste you might have.
  • October 21st – Folding techniques- learn a variety of quick and simple folds for those last minute card needs.
  • November 4th – Reflections. Create atmospheric reflection cards using stamps and brayers.
  • November 18th – Cut-a-way cards. Design cards that look like they have the munchies!
  • December 2nd – Four step fold cards. Bring any small alphabet dies of stamps that you might have plus any flat embellishments.
  • December 16th – Class starts at 1pm with a bring-and-share festive lunch. Followed by corner-fold surprise card which is an ideal technique for last minute Christmas or start a stash of thank you cards.
  • January 13th 2020 – A hole in one! Come and get the new year off to a great start with this interesting technique. Don’t forget your basic kit and favourite colouring medium.
  • January 27th 2020 – Flip, flop, flap cards.
