Each newsletter will keep you up-to-date with the activities of The Watering Hole, the community services and clubs we offer and information about us.

As a result of new Europe-wide data protection laws which the British Government has signed up to we have to get your consent to continue holding your data. Although you have been receiving The Watering Hole newsletter we can no longer send it to you after 25th May 2018. The reason for this is that we obtained your data (email, first name and surname) prior to this date.

If you would like to continue receiving our newsletter then we would ask for you to provide us with the details below. By signing up you consent to us holding your data for the purpose of sending you an email newsletter and other information related to the various activities of The Watering Hole that may be of interest to you.

You have the right to ask to see what data we hold on you. You can do this by requesting, by email (newsletter@thewateringhole.org.uk), for us to make this available to you. We will hold the data you provide, unless asked to remove it, for a period of two years. At this point, we will contact you to confirm whether you still want us to retain your data.
