Fearful?
HARK! THE HERALD ANGELS SING continues with encouragement. “Do not be afraid”
The shepherds were fearful because they encountered the “glory of the Lord”. Knowing the mistakes that they had made in their lives, sometimes called “sinfulness”, the shepherds trembled in the presence of God. But Jesus came so that we might no longer live in fear of God’s judgment and condemnation, but so that we might have peace in our hearts as a result of knowing we have His forgiveness. When you experience this then what the angels say next makes a lot of sense. “GREAT joy to all the human race”. Today simply ask God to start making changes to the way you think, act and speak. Ask Him for strength to help you seek or ask forgiveness so that you can move on with your life.
